Cisco 7911 strange issue

Hello Guys,

Im facing a strange issue with my 7911 ip phones, I have 3 access switches(3750-X) connected to Distribution(6500) all ip phones in AS1 are working fine they take ip address from DHCP server and SVI is configured in Distribution with vlan 90 and ip helper pointing to dhcp server, both access switches are using vlan 90.

None of the ip phones are working in AS2 and AS3 they do have valid ips from vlan 90 but i cant ping them even from directly connected switch (AS2 and AS3) sometimes i do get partial ping response and that's it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ping from server IP to interface receive dhcp request.

Mostly this reachability issue.

The server need this IP to reply to dhcp request from VoIP phone

its fixed, some security setting inside the phone was blocking the ping.
