Cisco 7912 install

Hello guys

Someone could help me to install, a Cisco IP Phone 7912, i am having a hard time doing it. i already connected all cords, but the IP should configure automatically. but it does not.

You need to mention who is the call control for that phone, no way to help if you do not mention that.

If you mean it's not getting DHCP, you need to look at your DHCP config and make sure it can reach the DHCP scope.
