SPA514G as SIP Phone is not sinchronizing language, timeouts, and time with CME 10.5

Hello everyone,

I've got a CME 10.5 running on a Cisco 2901 and SPA514G phones registered as SIP phones. I've changed the timeouts, language and timezone but the changes are not taking effect on the phones, that is, they aer keeping their previous settings. Is there any way to force the changes to take effect?.

SPA are considered 3rd party SIP endpoints as far as CUCM and CME are concerned, therefore, locales are not applicable, and there is no guarantee they will accept the configuration that is pushed by the call control as it might not be in the format the device expects.
