Dear all,
I have the Cisco IP phone 7931, I have set speed dials numbers (over the internet explorer), but I don't know how to add an extention number.
Please advice,
Danny

I assume you mean something like external phone, pause, extension/PIN/whatever.
If so, that's not possible. CUCM cannnot insert pauses and it only recognizes the whole dial string you enter, not as a phone number and then an extension.

Exactly what do you mean by that?
You want to add a DN to the phone?
You want to add DNs as speed dials?
You want a certain phone and then to dial a DN in the speed dial?

Dear sir,
I have loged in to "Cisco Unified CM User Options" -> Device Configuration ->Speed Dial.
I have already submited several Speed Dial numbers (outside the internal network), however I have to add an extention number to certain phone numbers and I don't know how.
I hope this clarify my problem.
Regards,
Danny
