Cisco 7941 won't ever go to voicemail!

Hello,

        We have the Cisco IP 7941 phones at our work. We have one phone that never goes to voicemail. It will only continue to ring indefinitely. I know that it has got to be a setting on the phone, but can't find it for the life of me. Can anyone help me out?

Voicemail is not feature provided by phone but by PBX/Call Manager the phone is connected to.

So check configuration of PBX/CM.
