Cisco 7942G to Wireless Speaker

Here is my dilemma.  I need to have a wireless speaker/mic in a conference room to allow me to use my Cisco 7942G phone for conferences (the phone will just sit on the side).  I have tried various setups and nothing works.  I have a Plantronics CS540, a Plantronics Calisto P830 and a Jabra Solemate HFS200. 

I can get the phone connected with the CS540.

I can get the P830 connected to the HFS200. 

However, I cannot get the Calisto to connect to either the CS540 or the phone itself. 

If there is a simpler solution or something else that works, please let me know.  Thank you in advance.

The Calisto P830 will only connect to PC, Mobile via Bluetooth, or traditional landlines. Can you just use your CS540 and have a second phone in the conference room for the speakerphone and the other participants?

Or better yet, a Polycom SoundStation with secondary mics or the wireless lapel mic. Good luck!
