cisco 7942g unprovisioned error

Hi,

   We got an cisco 7942 phone(using sip firmware)  trying to register with asterix phone system, but it says unprovisioned.  could anyone help.

Not a lot of info.
On the phone, go to Settings > Status > Status Messages. What error messages are there?
