Cisco 7970 blinking light, screen not display

Hi all,

I have a problem with Cisco Phone 7970.

It's stuck in state Programmable buttons blinking green, 

Headset light is green and mute light is red

That's all.

Is there a way to fix it ?

Hi,

If you have a power adapter for the phone, you can connect it directly to a PC/Laptop and use tftp32 to load a firmware (probably version 8.5.2) to bring the phone back alive using the procedure described in the below link. Once the phone is up, you can connect to CUCM to upgrade it to the required version.

I couldn't download it from cisco.com and not found it on google.com.
