Hi!

What Avaya do you have? session manager?

Avaya normaly work with 3-party SIP phones, but as simple SIP phone, without andvanced features (AST devices).

Avaya can work with SIP over TCP/UDP/and TLS, check it on Your Avaya

Make sip profile and try to register (in Avaya You must make user)

In Session Manage You can use traseSM tool for debug SIP.

Let me know if You need any assist

We have - Avaya Aura System Manager 7.1, Communication Manager and Session Manager. Now work Mitel SIP Phone 5624 over TCP and Android APP (that are connected to the telephone wi-fi network, they only need to have a sip server address with a port and login with a password to get the number

You must make SEP<MAC addr>.cnf.xml for Your phones and put it to TFTP.
May be anybody in this community have this phones and can share this file.
Also this: http://usecallmanager.nz/sepmac-cnf-xml.html You can read about section on this file.
Phone get address of the TFTP server by DHCP option 150.
I try to create this file tomorow.
