Hi Team,

One of my Cisco 8831 video conference phones is not registering. i updated the firmware to new one

and this is an error is showing

Registration:	Unregistered
IPv4 Address:	<ip address removed>
Active Load ID:	sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5
Download Status:	Failed
Requested Load ID:	sip8831.10-3-1SR2-2
Download Server:	<ip address removed>
Inactive Load Failure Reason	Internal Phone Error

Try downgrading the FW to the previous one.
