Cisco 8841 MPP conversion

Hiya.

I bought an 8841 IP Phone from ebay recently, and went through a cisco partner to get the MPP Conversion Licence.

When applying the licence using the Cisco Cloud upgrade tool, the phone rebooted and bricked itself.

All it does now is boot loop and doesn't go past the Cisco logo, with the typical lights flashing.

The standard 123 etc factory reset code does nothing

And nor does holding 0 and doing 369#

Can anybody advise on if there's a way to recover said phone?

Would CUCM be able to recover this phone?

Mostly this phone is defected and needs to do RMA or replace it

How do you RMA through an independant ebay seller, or talk to a company that'll fob you off without a ££££ contract?

I just wanted to explain generally  the available options for this case, however this phone is faulty and you needs to either return back to ebay or check with any local shop if he can buy it as hardware , you must replace it.
