Cisco 8841 phones freezing up when trying to resume a call that was on hold

Hi,

I need some help.  This is CUCM ver:  11.5(1) SU7.  I have 3 new 8841 phones (currently on firmware 12-7-1-0001-393).  Phones all have 3 lines:

Line 1 Primary Line (not shared)

Line 2 Hunt Group A 

Line 3 Hunt Group B  (Hunt Group B is at a different location, but same Route Partition)

 

When the user answers a call from Hunt Group B, sometimes they need to place that call on Hold.  User makes an outbound call to check on something, then tries to go back to the Hunt Group B call.

Users tell me that when they try to resume Hunt Group B call, they are unable to.  The caller cannot hear them and they can't do anything except disconnect the phone - the phone freezes.   For the specific user I have been working with, she is not using a headset.  

 

I tried also with 8841 firmware version 12-6-1-0001-668, but made no difference.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear @HeatherHoffman73013  I would suggest to contact TAC for assistance and possible replacement of the phones.

 

Nevertheless, does this occur on other models as well?
