Sorry I'm new to this. This is a non cisco call manager setup. Product is 8841. That is all I have and need to know what I am missing. Thanks

The error messages all say the same thing: Files are not found.
In the default folder of the TFTP client, what files (related to the phone) are there?

Nothing. The only file I have in there is the Sep file that I downloaded from here

To get anywhere with non-Cisco callmanager you'll need to configure or organize the following:
1. Firmware files for the phone;
2. SEMmacaddress.cnf.xml;
3. TFTP server; and
4. DHCP Option 150

Well I have the SEP text
file you had me download
I have the TFTP server installed and running.
DHCP OPTION 66 is what I have as I have a single TFTP server running
Seems I may be missing the Firmware files for the. It was upgraded to Sip and then giving to me

Cisco phones operate with DHCP Option 150. DHCP Option 66 can be enabled but Cisco phones will completely ignore it.

My TFTP program does not have this option. What TFTP program do you suggest I use.
Also where Can I obtain the firmware files you talked about previously.
Thanks again for all this help. It is much appreciated

I am the owner of the phone now. :-) If i am unable to get the files what else can be done. Can I maybe reload it and take it from there?
