Cisco 8851 3PCC: Cannot dial international numbers

Hello Community,

I have a cisco 8851 with 3PCC firmware which works fine, except i cannot dial numbers in international format; they start with a '+' sign. For instance, numbers which i received a call for are in international format. As soon as i try to redial these numbers i get an 'Invalid Number' message and a busy tone.

My VOIP provider tried to help with several dial plans but we cannot get it to work. Anyone can help getting these number formats to work?

Regards,

Frans

What is your current dial plan on the endpoint for the Ext you are dialing from?

Currently it's this:

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Was suggested by the voip provider, but it doesn't work.

What's the number of digits you are trying to dial excluding the +?

dutch phonenumbers are 10 digits including a 0 (zero) at the start. Using international format that should be replaced by +31, so for instance +31612345678

Try this:

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|+xxxxxxxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

You Rock:-) Works!
