Hello,
We have 11 phones in a small network. All 11 phones were tested in a working environment on a like network and then put away.
Fast forward a year and the phones were fielded and put in to use. On Day 1, 2 phones failed to boot and on day 2, 2 more phones failed to boot.
Phones have a black/blank screen with what looks like zero power. The receiver light and mute buttons are illuminated.
The phones are not even coming up far enough to register a mac on the switch(3850).
My research on this forum shows these phones are possibly DOA. Is that true or is their anyway to recover them?
They are now out of warranty.
