Cisco 8861 phone - Resync on Reset keeps turning back on

Hello,

 

We are using the Microsoft Teams calling service with our Cisco 8861 phones. 

We do not have CUCM, we are configuring the phones individually via the phone IP in a web browser.

The problem is, the "ReSync on Reset" option keeps turning back on, when we turn it off.

Also, the "Ignore DHCP time offset" keeps turning Off, when we need it to be on. The DHCP time offset feature needs to be turned on to prevent the phone time from jumping ahead 6 hours.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions for how we can preserve these settings so that they do not revert back?

Let me know if you were able to solve this at all. I am also facing this issue now
