CISCO 8865 IP Phone - Stuck on repeated last call loop

Cisco 8865 VPN IP Home office Phone stuck in a repeated auto loop - recalling the last call list.

I powered off the phone for 8 hours, I tried factory reset, but nothing helped.

Any idea what is causing this?
