Cisco 8851 connected to Jabra Pro920 headset with 14201-31 cable not allowing remote call answering. Headset will not connect. Without lead head set works by answering phone calls at phone. All instructions followed except cannot access hook switch setting via admin on phone which may be the problem. How do I check firmware or update if required? Should I be accessing my phone via a computer as I keep seeing setting listed in the instructions that don't exist on the phone?
