Busy Call Notification

We haven't configured Waiting Option on the IP phones, and if phone A has a call, and phone B calls phone A, he will get a fast busy tone, Is there a feature or option to inform phone A that phone B tried to call you?

From one , Increase the busy  trigger On line to two. Phone A can see the second call and if required phone A can  put the first call on hold and answer the second call.

No, I want the busy trigger to be 1 call, and the other call will get busy and want to inform the called phone that there is some was trying to call you, Is this feature that can be achieved?
