Cisco 8945 VPN phone - No call history

I have an issue where a Cisco 8945 operating as a VPN phone, has no call history showing.  Initially there was no TFTP set or alternate TFTP set.  This was corrected but still there is no call history.  When I browse to the phone all settings CUCM groups, IP addresses appear to be correct. 

 

In previous forums it said that adding TFTP alternate server would correct the issue, but it doesn't appear to have done. 

 

Anyone seen this issue and resolved?

Please can you describe a bit more your implementation, is it VPN Phone via Anyconnect Method or you are using MRA Service via Expressway -C&E?

 

Does your phone registers on CUCM or CCME (bug CSCun98104)?

 

You may need to upgrade your phone to a newer version if this is applicable.
