Hi there,
According to the 9900 Admin guide, it is supported:
Presence-enabled directories | Allows a user to monitor the call state of another directory number (DN) listed in call logs, speed-dials, and corporate directories. The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) for the DN displays the call state. | For more information, go to the "Presence" chapter in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Features and Services Guide. |
HTH,
Chris

Hello,
I have configured just configured the Presence, and with other phones (7900 series, IP Communicator) it works.
But all the phones where it works are SCCP, while 9971s are SIP; are there particular things to configure/check with 9971, or SIP phones in general?
Remember that BLF speed dials on 9971s work; only BLF on call lists or directrories doesn't work.
Regards.
