Hi,
Trying to figure out what feature ID i need to setup for the cisco 9971 side cars to allow receptionist to transfer to the speed dial number.
We are currently using busy status lamps with featureID 21 on the side car setup, as this allows the receptionist to monitor if the person at that extension is on the line or not. This does work, however for her to transfer a call to that extension she can't just select the call transfer button and then pressing the extension as the phone treats it as a speed dial button and just ignores the transfer to extension.
Any one have any ideas?
