Cisco ATA 192 Not Registering with Webex

I am trying to setup a Cisco ATA 192 in our Webex Control Hub but running into an issue. The thing is I am able to get it working if I plug the ATA into our Gust Wifi at the office, it shows as online right away in Control Hub. The issue is when I plug it into our network, the ATA gets an IP on the network but we aren't seeing any traffic attempting to go out to the internet through our Firewall. 

I've included a screenshot of the debug log. Any ideas what could be going on?

So I was able to get past this part and the ATA is now registered and showing in my Webex Control Hub as online, however as soon as it registered I am now no longer able to connect to the web portal to administer the device. I had enabled remote HTTPS management and was able to successfully login one time but then as soon as the ATA registered when I try to go to the login page I get "connection refused" message in the browser. I am also no longer able to get a response on the Ethernet (LAN) port... I get no response from 192.168.15.1. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
