I'm receiving an error message whenever I try to change my PIN setting utilizing Call Manager \ ccm user account.
The error message Update failed. Missing key in referenced table for referential constraint (informix.tk_enduser_tkuserlocale).
Even thou the Pin is change, I was able to validate the change even thou the error message appearing
Current environment is running Cisco Call Manager 7.1.2
Any Idea
Thx

Hi!
You hit the following bug - CSCte36221 (http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCte36221&from=summary)
Workarounds are the following configuration constellations (if you cannot access the Cisco Bug ToolKit):
"System >>Enterprise Parameter >> CCMUser parameters >> Show Locale for Web Pages Settings; TRUE
CCMUser >> User options >> User settings >> User locale; NONE
User Management >> End User >> End User Configuration; NONE
or
System >>Enterprise Parameter >> CCMUser parameters >> Show Locale for Web Pages Settings; FALSE
CCMUser >> User options >> User settings >> User locale; NOT AN OPTION
User Management >> End User >> End User Configuration; English, United State"
Another option is to do a sw upgrade to CUCM 7.1.5 where this bug got fixed.

It's fixed , was able to change the setting on
"System >>Enterprise Parameter >> CCMUser parameters >> Show Locale for Web Pages Settings; TRUE
I guess we are doing an upgrade to 7.1.5 sometime within the next week
Thx
Kyle
