Hello everybody,
We have a Cisco Callmanager at our company:
System version: 5.0.4.2000-1
I've tried and succeeded to register a Nokia N97 to the callmanager using the inbuild SIP protocol with the downloaded SIP_VoIP_3_1_Settings_S60_5_x_v1_0_en.sis voip addon.
The phone is successfully registered via our wifi network, I can make calls to other phones, but when I call the N97's DN the phone won't call/ring. And I get an cisco voice message saying my call can't get completed.
When I unregister, and I call the N97, it gives me an out of service tone, wich is normal.
Does anyone know the sollution? Or tell me how to proper debug the failed call I'm trying to make?
Kind Regards.
Maarten

Could you check the Calling Search Space of the calling phone? See if it can reach the N97's patition?
Thanks!

If configuration looks good, we'll need "Cisco CallManager" traces to analyze. (yes, the name of the trace is litterally called "Cisco CallManager").

Hi guys
I have CUCM 6.1.2
I have an N97, I have configured security profile, realm and sip profile, created basic SIP device, entered everything on the N97, but registration fails. I can't find anywhere where this is documented, specific to the N97. Can someone run through the steps with me to successfully register with our CUCM?
Thanks
Shaun

Shaun,
For the configuration on cisco callmanager check my screenshot. Also create a username and a password that you can assign to that phone.
For the installation, configuration, download this on your phone:
SIP_VoIP_3_1_Settings_S60_5_x_v1_0_en.sis with this guide:

Let me know how it works out, and if you accor any problems.
I got it registered, and I can call, but other can't call to N97.
Kind regards,
