CISCO CME: after uploading of moh hold-on music (8 bit, 8KHz), noise appears and the file seems to be damaged

Hi all,

recently I changed the hold-on music on a CISCO CME ( CISCO2911/K9) and I use the following commads:

VAL#enable
VAL#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
VAL(config)#
VAL(config)#telephony-service
VAL(config-telephony)#
VAL(config-telephony)#no moh musicmoh.wav
VAL(config-telephony)#
VAL(config-telephony)#moh flash0:/musicmoh.wav
VAL(config-telephony)#
VAL(config-telephony)#exit
VAL(config)#
VAL(config)#end
VAL#
VAL#show ephone moh

-------------------------------------
Skinny Music On Hold Status - group 0
Active MOH clients 0 (max 210), Media Clients 0, B-ACD Clients 0
File flash0:/musicmoh.wav (cached) type WAVE Media_Payload_G711Ulaw64k 160 bytes
Moh multicast 239.1.1.1 port 2000 route 10.3.5.200

VAL#show voice moh-group
telephony-service
internal-call moh-group 0
moh flash0:/musicmoh.wav
moh-file-buffer 10000 (Kb)
Moh multicast 239.1.1.1 port 2000 route 10.3.5.200

=== no voice moh-groups configured ===
VAL#

Then I tested the music but even if on my pc it had a good quality , I heard the music with lots of noise and very garbled: I don't know why... Could you help me?

Thanks in advance.
