Hi folks
We are currently migrating our old PBX to Cisco CUCM 10.5.2 SU2 and we are using the 8851 IP Phone
for the End User.
I have a strange behavior of a Phone. It starts-up normally and Extension Mobility is also working as it
should but the LED of the Programmable feature and Session buttons on the top of the Phone are always
on and changing the colour from green to amber and then red and starts again with green, amber etc. etc.
All othe LED's from the other buttons never light up.
I did a firmware upgrade but still the same thing.
Anybody an idea what happens or have seen the same isue already?
