Solved: Cisco CP-7821 MPP to Enetrprise

Hi,

I received some brand new CP-7821-3PCC-K9, but I use CUCM 11.0
How could I change the MPP to Enterprise?
Is there any way to upgrade those firmware?

Discuss with the vendor swapping the device for one with enterprise FW, that's the first option.

If you want to migrate from MPP to enterprise, you need a license to do it, depending on your support contract situation with Cisco, it may be included, or you may need to buy it.

Hi,

We received the converted license files.
I would like to upgrade the phones one by one with a TFTP.
I have the latest firmware. The documentation said: "update the cfg.xml with Transition Rule-s"
As I see the phone want to reach the 7821-3PCC.xml and Cisco/CP-7821-3PCC/mac_address.cfg
How can I download from the phone or create those files?
