Hi

You'll need to contact your Cisco sales rep  for licenses. If you already have a flex plan, it might be included.

thanks

Hi,

This seem to be on Enterprise firmware.

I'm surprised you can actually register it on a third party call control.  This firmware is not supported on other platforms apart from CUCM.

You can convert it to MPP (Multiplatform Phones) Firmware here: upgrade.cisco.com.

Thank you for your feedback,

MPP upgrade i tried already many times, it didn't work. May be i was trying via TFTP server only. here's the file name mpp i have,

Downloaded

cmterm-78xx.11-3-4MPP0001-374_REL.zip

cmterm-68xx_78xx_88xx.11-3-4MPP-374-Locale-1

rootfs2.78xx.11-3-4MPP0001-374.sbn

Hi,

You wont be able to move straight from enterprise to MPP firmware. You'll need to get a license for conversion.

All info can be found here https://upgrade.cisco.com/e2m_converter

From where i can get licenses?? These Phones are bought from local cisco suppliers. I also created WebEx trial. I can't find out how we can get license and at what cost?? please advise
