cisco cp-7942g problem

hi all.

we bought new cisco cp-7942G ip phone .after installation and configure it to ccme ,it doesnt register to cme oe even get ip in the voice vlan .

And it just show (configuring ip) message on the screen

SO what is happen??

in the switch connected to phones ,there is option called (telephony OUI ) where you must add a part of the mac of the series that you want to install like

2037.0616.E36B------then add (20-37-06) in the table that appear in telephony OUI

when i do that and restart the phone it works
