cisco unity AA script

I have configured unity with the standard AA script.

if you want to dial by extension number, you have to press 1 and then it will ask you press in the extension followed by # key.

the customer is very annoyed with # key and wants to remove it.

the AA should just take the 4 digit extensions and forward the call to desired number.

any thought, how we can achieve this.

it's a key termination option , can you try to make another AA script and modifiy this paramter
