we are in the process of setting some CP-8851 with MPP firmware to use with Microsoft teams in sip device mode, i've a few questions in need of help, be kind:
1. in the new mpp firmware, can i export the configuration of the phone to a text file? where?
(it will be easear to compare phones and settings)
2. can i import the settings if 1. works? where?
(to have a baseline and know if anything changes)
3. when i call from the phone internally it does not show the name just the number, what setting need be setup? where?
4. set the ring tone permanently and be the same, sometimes it changes automatically, where?
5. what settings do you set to get the same cisco phone feeling but using teams, e.g. missing calls light and button
