Dear Experts,
Could you please advise what is the total number of calls that could be queued on a subscriber?
We have 4 subscribers and I would like to know how many calls can be queued on a subscriber and at the cluster level?
As I understand, the maximum number of simultaneous callers in queue for each hunt pilot that you can configure ranges from 1-100 (default 32).
Surely there must be an upper limit depending on the software transcoding capability of the hardware platform..
I am in need of queuing atleast 200 calls per subscriber for only one day (in a year) so that I could queue 800 calls in all 4 subscribers for that one day.
Could you please advise ? Thanks for your kind time and help.

You can configure a maximum of 25 hunt pilots per hunt list in Call Queuing. If you exceed this limit, the queue status will not be displayed.
A single Unified CM Subscriber supports a maximum of 100 hunt pilots with call queuing enabled per node.

Thanks James.
On that basis of what you have confirmed, am I right in saying that
I am in need of creating 8 different Hunt Pilots with 100 Queue capacity each totalling 800 total calls in Queue concurrently for the said one day.
As I understand the node association is determined by Hunt List.
Am I right in thinking that It would be more useful to make the 8 hunt pilots to point to different hunt lists pointing to all 4 different Nodes via Huntlist CUCM Group.
That way each node will handle maximum 200 queued calls on the said day.
Thanks for your kind time and help on this.
Best Wishes, Sarvshan
