Cisco CUCM patch upgrade from 11.0.1.21900-11 to 11.0.1.22900.14

Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone has done CUCM patch upgrade from  11.0.1.21900-11 to  11.0.1.22900.14 

which means going from CUCM 11.0.1 to 11.0(1a)SU2

Please let me know on following

1.Should we do CUCM + IMP servers

2.Any issues while doing this patch

3.Special instructions if any for UCCE for CAD agents.I know JTAPI will need to updated once patching is complete on PG A & B side

I have the read me file please dont send that.Thank you
