I am Having Cisco DX500 Phones.

its working as Deskphone and DID. as I need to configured MS Lync on same.

I have tried but its not working. can anyone help me ???

Do you mean DX650??

As it runs android you would need to look for a Lync client for it, aside from that, you may have to review the MS documentation on how to configure it.
