Hopefully, this is the correct forum for the question below...
We are running CER 7.0.1 with one publisher and one subscriber. The system just sent the following message:
CERServer lost communication with CERPhoneTrackingEngine
We cannot login to the publisher but can login to the subscriber which show the following warning message:
Warning : Publisher Database is down
According to some CER documentation, we need to:
The administrator should restart the Cisco ER Phone Tracking Engine service
How is this done? Is this all is needed here?
Any help would be appreciated.
