I know CIPC used with VMWave is not officially supported, but I am hoping that someone has had a similar issue. Right now we are connecting via personal computer running VMWare Horizon client to our VDI environment. It works great for most agents but for some agents, audio works fine until they go to lunch or break. After they get back, the caller can hear the agent but the agent cannot hear anything. I checked with an agent today, their personal computer is not hibernating or locking during the time but of course the VDI session is locking like normal after about 5 minutes. Interesting enough while the phone is not working, other desktop apps like Microsoft Teams can communicate properly. Also, they can run the Audio Tuning Wizard and it works but still no audio when dropping out of the wizard back to the phone. If you shutdown the phone and start it back up, it does work again.
