??? exactly what kind of "update" are you referring to for CIPC and COVID????

I was curious, I have seen some odd issues with CIPC while working remotely ?  The one issue I am having at the moment is that when calling a UCCX application not hearing the audio prompts when anserwed, I found out if I go on HOLD and then RESUME I can hear the audio. Now I am looking at the CTI ports and Call Control Group for inconsistentcies ?

There is a version 8.6.6.32, but the build date is a little older than 8.6.6.14.

I am using this version available on CCO as of Sept 15 2020.

Bugs fixed in 8.6.6.17
 *Add code sign for all built files such as exe, dll, msi
