Cisco IP phone 7841 not getting registered

The first time the 7841 phone was registered was working without any problem, after the user left the organization, I deleted the entry from the phone list. Now when I wanted to give that same phone some other number it is just not getting registered. Keeps on saying registering and nothing happens.

 

I did factory reset also even I deleted the other entry from the  Find and List Directory Numbers. Still no success.

 

please help.

What does the phone logs and CUCM traces say?

Has the phone already been configured in CUCM?
