HI
Is DHCP enabled for the phone and DHCP server reachable from the phone network.
Factory rest phone requires DHCP to boot.

Your phone probably must have lost the firmware.
no problem just check the ip the phone gets then restore the firmware using tftp server while giving option 150 so that phone knows where to contact for the tftp.

If anything is shown as locked just press **# at that menu then it gets unlocked.

Hello Jindal...
The Ip phone is not at all booting.. that only my issue.
After boot only i can see the version or upgrade any firmware.

connect ur ip phone & pc to a POE switch just download the firmware of the ip phone place it in the directory of the tftpd32 browse and show the folder, go to settings in dhcp server give starting ip and a range then add additional option as 150 then unplug the phone and replug it then the phone gets to know that it needs to contact tftp server for firmware upgrade and it automatically downloads the firmware it takes like 5-7 minutes and dont unplug the phone until it boots up properly.
