Hi,
We have Cisco IP Phone 7945. which is not registering in CME?
Phone Status: Speaker light ON, Blank Display and other button are not working.

Hi Syed,
Try factory resetting the phone using the below procedure but make sure that you have a proper DHCP in the network before doing this.

I did factory reset before.
But phone is showing upgrading on display every time.

Hi Syed,
Do you see any file names on phone display during upgrade. Also are you able to see the current firmware version on the phone ?

If you have tried the factory reset with the phone connected to a good known working port with dhcp enabled and access to tftp server and still facing this issue then the phone will most likely require a replacement.
