Hello,
Anyone know where i can see the reason about unregisters a set?, i have seen thas was not a switch problem, the port switch ever been up but the ip phone lost register sometimes with CUCM 9.

You can check from either:
A.) The status messages in the IP-Phone;
Settings > Status > Status Messages
B.) From the Web-page of the IP-Phone:
Simply get the IP Address from the IP-Phone and enter it in your browser and navigator status messages.

Hi,
In the logs I can see that its getting the trust list and assuming that is registering.
Do you mean that the phone unregisters at random times and re-registeres?

Yes,
this is the issue, sometimes the ip pone unregisters and we would know the reason.
