Hello community,
we are using Cisco IP phones and the Cisco CME System in our company (commonly the 7960 series and one 7961 device).
All DND/BNS settings are activated and it can be activated/deactivated if they want it.
Now we have a little problem a few days ago.
If you are pressing the DND softkey from the 7961 series you can immediately see the DND writing in the display. DND is now activated and all calls are silent. So far, so good.
After you press the softkey again the phone should switch off the DND mode but here is the problem.
DND is still activated and you cannot turn it off. After randomly pressing some keys or restart the phone the DND setting is off.
I have taken a look into the CME but all settings are the same like other phone were DND is working fine.
Does someone had the same problem or now how to solve it?
