I have a phone at a remote site that is obtaining IP from DHCP but will not register. The remote site is connected via VPN tunnel. The phone was originally configured at the host site. When I initially deployed the phone it registered with call manager. The other day there was a power outage at the remote site and when power was restored this phone did not register. I have another phone same model that did not have this problem. There is a 3rd phone that I deployed at the same time. That phone never got DHCP

Check the Status message on the Phone and see where is it failing. For the phone which is not able to reach out to the DHCP server, try giving the manual IP address and TFTP server.
Also you can try deleting the ITL file from the phone and see if that resolves it or not.

I saw where the phone that was working was registered with the subscriber at one of our remote sites. I changed the settings on the DHCP server option 150 to point to that same site. I deleted both phones then added them to the subscriber at that site. Shut no shut on the switch, then they registered. This resolved the issue.
