Cisco IP Phone 7965 Hard Reset One File TFTP

I have a Cisco IP Phone 7965 but i do hard reset at this, now the cisco ip phone only request one file term65.default.loads it upload this file but don't request any file never.

Some any idea what happens?

Hi Ramsen, 

When doing factory reset the phone should be connected to a switch port configured with dhcp and tftp reachability.

Are you using cme or cucm? Did you configure your DHCP server to provide option 150? Is your phone getting IP address from DHCP server?
