I have Cisco IP phone 7970 that continuously rebooting on logo screen. The next step was restore IP Phone to the factory default, but it freezes while upgrading with 0%. I've tried to run IP Phone on different CUCM (8.6.1 and 6.1.5), but result is still unchanged. Then i've tried to sniff packets that comes from IP Phone and encountered with problem that none of the switches had the MAC address in their mac-address table. Is there any method to make IP Phone work normally? Thanks!
