So I recently bought 2 used Cisco IP Phones (7970G) for use in the office. I also bought a Cisco Catalys 3560 switch to power the phones. I was had to reset the phones because I was unable to program the phones manually with our phone carrier for the buissesnes (RingCentral). The problem I'm running into now is that when the phone was rebooted its looking for the TFTP a specific file that was erased from the phone and i am unable to locate this file. I still have one phone that was not reset yet but i am not sure if i retrieve this file from the functional phone or how to go about it if its its possible. Basically I'm trying to get some help in getting these phones functional so that we can use them in the office. What is the proper software needed to use to program the phone and how to upgrade the phone to the proper firmware which i think is 6.0(2)?
Also when the phone boots up the speaker lights up and then the first light on the top right turns amber then goes out and the face of the phone stays blank.
