Cisco IP Phone 8945 - Call History not showing

Cisco 2951 - Cisco Unified Comminications Manager Express

Software 15.3(3)M3 / CME 10.0

We have some new phones CP 8945 - loaded phone firmware SCCP 9-4-1sr1-1.

Able to make calls, Receive Calls, Video , Voicemail, etc

When trying to to see call history, history is blank. 

We have 7961/7962 phones and call history shows. Does not work on 8945

I'm i missing something else?

Symptom:
If you press the down arrow it will show the call history but empty. Application phone button doesn't show call history

Conditions:
Occurs with phone registered to CME
 

Known Affected Releases:
(1)
9.4(1)SR1
Known Fixed Releases:
(1)
9.4(1)ES2

 

So either upgrade your firmware to the 9.4(1)ES2 or downgrade to previous release as listed in the bug.

Hi,

as per your above issue with 8945, iam facing issue with cisoc sccp 8945..
i am having 8945 with latest 9.4 SR2 version firmware updated.
but still call history showing 150 entries inside for dialed, missed and received calls.

do we have any way to auto clear it or manually clear it?
is it correlate with any bug ?
