Hi,
Please help me on this, my Cisco IP phone ( model 7962 ) is not booting, it is getting power, but no luck after that, it flashes the cisco logo and MAC address and then boots again, download of firmware is also not happening.
If it boots, I can go to the settings and manually assign a Call manager Ip address, but the phone is not booting at all, it flashes the cisco logo and reboots continuosly.

Contact Cisco TAC and get the phone replaced.

Try performing a factory reset & check it. Even i encoutnered some issue with 79xx IP Phones & but after performing factory reset, it works fine.

Hi,
How do we do the factory reset? the phone shows only cisoc logo, no other options that u can select or any othe rpages u can navigate through?
