Dear Sir,

Good Day!

Is there any possible solutions to config the Security for my IP Phones?

For example:

I want to configure the security code when the telephone is not in use or no work schedule.

The users must enter their code before calling outside the company?

and other issue, is there a way to customize the Ringtone of Cisco IP Phone?

You don't mention what you use, so Ill assume its CUCM
Configure FAC or CMC.
As for the ringtones, such is discussed in the phone configuration guides with all the steps and specs for the ringtones. Or search CSC, there are plenty of threads on the topic.

in SIP Phones & SCCP Phones, there are two available ringtones in every unit.

OK, then search " + administration guide" on cisco.com to get the guides with all the instructions, or search CSC for instructions on how to create ringtones.
